Would you like to learn more about the competency based education system that we use at Oklahoma City Community College?  This session will cover the vocabulary associated with this systematic approach to the design of instruction and the basic tenets, so you can improve your ability to write appropriate competencies, use instructional strategies that are appropriate to the stated objectives, and evaluate the students based on the criterion-referenced method.  This activity is required for all new full time faculty members as part of their orientation program.
