Are you confused about the performance appraisal process for faculty members?  In this session, participants will go over the directions and forms which are part of the process; they will also receive some tips to make the preparation for the appraisal conference a little less stressful.  This session is required for all new full time faculty as part of their orientation program and is designed with the new faculty in mind; however, all faculty are welcome to attend.   For the more experienced faculty members, separate sessions on Preparing a True Development Plan, Developing a Teaching Portfolio, and Preparing for Performance Appraisals are scheduled.  This activity is required for all new full time faculty member as part if their orientation program.
