Would

for your employees? In this session the participant will learn the
importance of the performance management process from a manager or
supervisor perspective starting with employee planning and ending
with an evaluation of employee progress. Participants will learn the
importance of setting goals, ongoing learning, and writing a proper
job description and competencies. Take advantage of this process to
help define how you and your employees can be successful in the College
and as individuals.
