In this session we want to focus on establishing and maintaining a respectful educational environment.  As part of this discussion, we will address issues of discrimination and harassment.  It is very important that you understand your role and responsibility especially as it relates to harassment issues.  We will discuss prohibited behavior and explain the College's policies and procedures related to complaints.  We want you to know when to ask for assistance and introduce you to the people that can assist you.  This activity is required for all employees.
