Would you like to hire students to work in your department, but are not sure of the procedures?  STEP was developed to assist students in obtaining employment and to provide assistance to faculty and staff at OCCC.  Statistics have shown that employment is a primary factor in student retention and success.  Attend this session to learn the procedures for hiring student employees for this fiscal year.  You will be helping your department as well as the retention of the students at Oklahoma City Community College!
