This interactive Focus Group workshop is a "hands-on" approach as to how to develop, conduct, record and report on focus groups.  Participants will learn about how to create an outline, who to invite, what not to do in the process, hints on making the process effective, and how to present focus group results.  In addition, participants will learn when to conduct a focus group and some of the uses of focus group results.
