Would
you like to know how to conduct an effective performance appraisal
with your supervisor? In this session the participant will learn the
importance of the performance management process starting with planning
and ending with an evaluation of employee progress. Participants will
learn the importance of setting goals, ongoing learning, and reviewing
your job description and competencies throughout the year. Take advantage
of this process to help define how you can be successful in the College
and as an individual.
