Performance Appraisal Preparation for Supervisors

Would you like to know how to conduct an effective performance appraisal for your employees? In this session the participant will learn the importance of the performance management process from a manager or supervisor perspective starting with employee planning and ending with an evaluation of employee progress. Participants will learn the importance of setting goals, ongoing learning, and writing a proper job description and competencies. Take advantage of this process to help define how you and your employees can be successful in the College and as individuals.
